Tuna belly marinated in our special homemade marinade of sake, shoyu, sugar, and ginger. Delicious as a grilled appetizer or main over rice. Comes fully marinated and ready to cook.

Cooking suggestion: Heat a cast-iron or non-stick pan over medium-high heat with a tbsp of oil, cook each side for 2 minutes, slice and serve.
