These delicious crab cakes are made in-house using Chilean King Crab meat, which is similar in taste and texture to the better known Snow Crab, their northern counterpart. We suggest pan-frying these crab cakes so they crisp up on the outside while warming up slowly from the inside. When you see a light golden brown crust, it's time to ring the dinner bell.
