Truefish Chili Garlic Salmon Mix

About a half pound of our own spicy garlic salmon mix, made fresh in-house every day. Made from our finest fresh salmon and and a special blend of taberu rayu. The blend is delightfully garlicky with a slight hint of heat - not too spicy at all! Add it to some rice, a maki roll, or just snack on it by itself.
