Truefish Yuzu Salmon Mix

Made from about a half pound of our sashimi-grade salmon, fresh every day. We combine that with the highest quality yuzu tobiko, fresh green onions, a small amount of shiso, and salt to balance it out. The result is a light and refreshing salmon treat that can be used in sushi rolls, put on a little rice, or even enjoyed on its own.
