Upon receiving the product, please place directly into your freezer or refrigerator if consuming within 24 hours. We suggest consuming within 3 days. Due to the delicate nature of this cut of tuna, the saku is stored in a deep-freezer (-70 F). A regular home freezer will not be able to preserve the color and taste of this tuna for more than a few days.
