Ready to slice and serve! 1/4 lb saku each of our highest grade Ahi Tuna and Salmon. Each saku is hand trimmed every morning by our former sushi chef to ensure quality and freshness. You can easily slice them into beautiful, delicious sashimi in your kitchen.

Sashimi (刺身) is one of the most famous dishes in the Japanese cuisine. Sashimi is often the first course in a meal, but it can also be the main course. Rice, miso soup and edamame are great with sashimi.
