Also known as Patagonian Toothfish, Chilean Sea Bass is prized for its rich taste and white, flaky texture. A premium high-end fish, this fish is found in famous restaurants around the world. The white meat maintains its texture but gives way to a beautiful buttery flakiness after cooking.
Unlike most Chilean Sea Bass, we source from a harvest in a remote island in the Southern Indian Ocean and is certified sustainable by MSC and Monterey Bay Aquarium and its catches are vigorously monitored. It is also a carbon-neutral fishery.
