Certified A5 Wagyu Beef 和牛 from Japan. 3/8" cut, Miyazakigyu, hand cut to Japanese specifications. Japanese Black Cattle (Kuroge) fed a unique diet of wheat, rice, barley, corn, and other wholesome grains. Miyazakigyu has won the Prime Minister's award for excellence for three consecutive years. Best served rare or medium-rare. 

 

Traceability: 

Raised in Miyazaki Prefecture located on the Southeastern part of Kyushu Island, the Southernmost island of Japan. Its ideal weather conditions promote a relaxed environment best for raising Wagyu. Raised on small farms and grain-fed for over 650 days.
