Chilean Sea Bass  is cut fresh each morning, then marinated in our special homemade teriyaki marinade , organic soy sauce, sugar , and organic ketchup grated ginger . Delicious as a grilled appetizer or main over rice. Comes fully marinated and ready to cook.

Cooking suggestion: Heat a cast-iron or non-stick pan over medium-high heat with a tbsp of oil, cook each side for 2 minutes, slice and serve.
