Arctic Char cut fresh and then marinated in our special homemade marinade, organic soy sauce, sugar, organic ketchup, and grated ginger. Delicious as a grilled appetizer or main over rice. Comes fully marinated and ready to cook.

Cooking suggestion: Heat a cast-iron or non-stick pan over medium-high heat with a tbsp of oil, cook each side for 2 minutes, slice and serve.
