Delicious as they are beautiful, english mackerel are popular served whole by baking, pan-frying, or roasting. They can also be filleted and cured as sashimi. Our recommendation for this is using sea salt and rice vinegar for an hour to produce the best texture and taste. An excellent source or nutrients, and packed with great flavor as well.
We bring these in via air cargo in small quantities to ensure that they are as fresh as possible to your door.
