Also known as Chilipepper Rockfish, this beautiful 'chili' red fish is locally caught off the coast of northern California. 'Chilis' have a light, white, and flaky meat. Excellent for baking, broiling, grilling, and make some awesome fish tacos. 

The whole fish is scaled, cleaned, and gutted for ease of preparation at home.
